2. What Talent-Trade is
Talent-Trade is a community marketplace that helps members barter skills and services directly. We provide the platform; the trades themselves are arranged between members.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for keeping your account secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
4. Fair and lawful trades
Trades must be legal, honestly described, and conducted in good faith. You may not offer illegal services, misrepresent your skills, or use the platform to harass other members.
5. Member conduct
Treat other members with respect. Content that is abusive, fraudulent, explicit, or infringing is prohibited and may be removed, and accounts may be suspended.
6. Disclaimers
Talent-Trade is not a party to trades between members and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any skill or service exchanged. Use your judgment.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
